It all starts. The first leg of 14.5 hours in the air is completed. We are in Los Angeles (LAX) anxiously awaiting our Tahiti Nui flight to Papeete and our “Trip of a lifetime” Let me start off by saying the trip started from our hometown of Philadelphia. Total airtime will be almost 15 hours. Not an easy flight for a smoker however it will be well worth the hours of anxiety. This blog is intended to re-create the amazing times we had and quite an experience it proved to be.
Well we survived the 8.5 hours over the Pacific Ocean and have arrived in Papeete, Tahiti. It is appx midnight here. Customs wasn’t too bad. The lines were separated by country of origin and as luck would have it most of our flight was from Europe or Asia and we had a custom line with one…
